The Neighbourhood
Dubai Islands
Hatimi is located on the eastern seafront of Central Island – one of five constituents in the Dubai Islands development by Nakheel. These man-made islands, located just off the coast of Dubai’s Deira district, have added 17 sq-km of land, 40 km of coastline and 21 km of beach to the city.
The mixed-use development, when fully completed, will house upmarket residences, hotels, resorts, retail and dining venues, marinas, chic clubhouses, lush green open spaces, and other lifestyle projects, including parks, water sports facilities and golf courses.
Central Island
Hatimi’s home island – designated Island A – is the only one of the five islands to have direct access to the mainland via road links.
At its centre is the Dubai Islands Mall, set to be one of the largest in the region. On its eastern shore is the 248-berth Dubai Islands Marina, just walking distance from Hatimi Residences. The northern shore is a long, curved beach and is home to several resorts. The rest of the island will comprise commercial and residential communities.
Deira
Hatimi’s location close to Deira – one of the historic neighbourhoods of Dubai – brings its own benefits.
Deira is the northern-most part of Dubai, nestled between Dubai Creek to its south and Dubai’s border with Sharjah to its north. Deira is a vibrant district, offering a mix of old and new, from the narrow bustling lanes of Deira Old Souk to the plush greens of the Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club, the airport, Waterfront Market, and so much more.
