Koi Pond
Step into a realm where artistry meets nature. Our Koi Pond is a testament to meticulous design and thoughtful landscaping, creating a harmonious blend of water, greenery, and natural stone. Every element is carefully curated to evoke a sense of tranquillity, inviting residents to unwind and reconnect with the essence of peaceful living. Each ripple tells a story of calm, reflection, and a harmonious connection with nature.
Rooftop Sun Deck & Jacuzzi
On the roofs of both towers, spanning the length of their sea-facing (west) sides, are the Rooftop Sun Decks and Jacuzzis. On each rooftop, the Jacuzzi, comprising three subsections, is fronted by a glass fence, offering unobstructed views of the sea. Set behind the Jacuzzi is the Sun Deck, populated with recliners and plush seating. Plants on either end enhance the setting.
Infinity Pool
The Infinity Pool is the focal point of the Podium’s roof, spanning the entire length of its sea-facing (west) side. On the southern-end of the pool is Aqua Gym, and on its northern-end are the sunken cabanas. The undulating curves of the pool’s inner side flow underneath the tower structures, offering a seamless transition to the covered seating areas beneath the structures.
Sunken Cabanas

These meticulously designed havens offer a serene escape where you can unwind, recharge, and bask in the beauty of your surroundings. Whether you prefer a refreshing swim or simply wish to dip your toes, the sunken cabanas seamlessly blend with the surrounding infinity pool, creating an atmosphere of tranquil serenity.
Greenhouse Cafe & Lounge
Whether you seek a quiet moment alone, wish to catch up with friends, or plan a casual business meeting, the Greenhouse Cafe is your ideal destination. It integrates a flourishing hydroponic system that delivers fresh, locally grown produce, enhancing your health and well-being. Through our state-of-the-art Radiant Cooling system, we actively minimise our environmental footprint. Repurposing water from Radiant Cooling for hydroponics allows us to contribute to a greener, more eco-friendly community.
